The outlying regions remain untouched by the over industrialization of the world. The region consists primarily, in purely geographical terms, of the barren lands. These lands are largely uninhabitable by anyone other than the natives who are extremely adapted to the harsh conditions on this enormous continent. Culturally, the outlying regions have a vast palette of vibrant civilizations whose sizes pale to that of the barren lands. This includes slorance, land of the humble and somewhat oblong slorz who tend to their city with the utmost humility, and virotia, an exotic land with beautiful flora and fauna that is outdone by its magical water that is said to create immense joy and euphoria upon comsumption.
